Annie's Oregano Salt is a seasoned salt with a warm, slightly bitter aromatic flavour that is great used alongside vine tomatoes, green vegetables, cheese, chicken or fish.
Oregano Salt will accompany red meats and beans superbly.
Sprinkle it on just-toasted sourdough bread and drizzle with oil. Then you have a flavoursome bruschetta to be enjoyed just as it is or with added vine tomatoes. Enhance a homemade pizza or give new dimension to baked mushrooms.
